Partner data comes from community testing on v0.7.7. Lab prices and all 106 fusion recipes were read from the game on v0.8.25. Known signature moves fill in their type for you.
How to plan a build
- Pick a partner. Its passive decides what the run is good at: damage, healing, armor or statuses. Read the passive and the unlock challenge in the planner, or in the Pokédex.
- Choose the moves you want to max. A run has three move slots, plus a fourth once you buy the 4th move upgrade in the Lab. Moves go up to level 8, and leveling a few moves to max is stronger than taking every new move.
- Aim for a fusion. A signature pair (two exact moves) wins first, then a reaction between two types, then two moves of the same type. Press “Use its signature moves” to fill in your partner’s recipe, or type any move from a signature recipe and the planner sets its type for you. More in the move fusions guide.
- Add your Lab levels. They show what your account brings to every run and how much Stardust that took. Plan the next upgrades in the Lab calculator.

Run limits to plan around
| Start | With the Lab | |
|---|---|---|
| Move slots | 3 | 4 (4th move) |
| Max move level | 8 | 8 |
| Level-up choices | 3 | 4 (Fourth option) |
| Refresh · Skip · Banish | 2 · 2 · 1 | +1 per Lab level, up to +6 each |
| Vitamin slots | 3 | 5 |
| Bag items | 2 | 3 (Big Bag) |
| Captured Alphas | 2 | 3 (Support team) |
Checked in game on v0.8.25.
Classic or Survival?
- Classic rewards fast clears of each region and its guardians, so damage and speed matter most.
- Survival is endless with timed legendary bosses, so healing, armor and shields keep the run alive.
The mode is saved with the build, so people who open your link know what it was made for.
What the planner does not do
The planner does not invent numbers. It shows no damage per second and ranks nothing, because move scaling changes with patches. Fusions, Lab prices and run limits come from the game itself (v0.8.25); partner passives and unlocks come from community testing and are marked with their version.
How do I share my PokeBonk build?
The whole build is stored in the page address. Press 'Copy share link' and paste it anywhere: whoever opens it sees your partner, moves and Lab levels, and can change them to make their own.
Does the planner show exact damage numbers?
No. Move damage and scaling change with patches, so the planner only shows facts we can back up: partner passives, Lab bonuses and Stardust prices, and the fusion recipes from the game's fusion table.
Why does a pair of moves say MissingNo.?
MissingNo. is what two maxed moves of different types make when they are neither a signature pair nor one of the 8 reactions. Try changing one move's type, or type in the exact moves of a signature recipe.
