Where the prices come from

All prices come from the game’s own Lab table on v0.8.25 (October 23, 2026), and every level 1 price matches the Lab screen. We also bought Magnetism level 1 for 70 Stardust and the card then asked 100 for level 2, as the calculator says.

The Run team tab: upgrades that change what you bring into each run.

How a price is worked out:

  • Growing upgrades: level n costs base × growthn−1. Season 2 takes 15% off that number and rounds to the nearest 5.
  • Fixed upgrades: 4th move, Vitamin slots, Fourth option, Revive, Support team, Archive and Big Bag have a set price per level, also minus 15%.
  • The game rounds after the discount. Taking 15% off the already rounded Season 1 price gives a number 5 too high or low at a few levels (Training and Stamina level 6, Fortune levels 4 and 6, Magnetism level 4, Skip level 3).

After buying Magnetism level 1 (70 Stardust), the card asks 100 for level 2.

What the Lab gives a run

  • Move slots: 3 from the start, 4 with 4th move.
  • Level-up choices: 3 cards, 4 with Fourth option.
  • Refresh, Skip, Banish: every run starts with 2, 2 and 1. Each Lab level adds one more use.
  • Vitamin slots: 3 from the start, up to 5.
  • Bag items: 2 per run, 3 with Big Bag.
  • Captured Alphas: 2 in your support team, 3 with Support team.

How much Stardust does it take to max the Lab?

57,680 Stardust in Season 2. The Lab has 24 upgrades with 109 levels in total, the same '0/109 levels' the Lab screen shows. Press 'Plan everything to max' in the calculator to see what is left for your account.

Did Season 2 make the Lab cheaper?

Yes. Every Season 2 price is 15% below the Season 1 price, rounded to 5. For example Training level 1 went from 100 to 85 Stardust and Revive from 5,000 to 4,250. Season 2 also added five upgrades (Precision, Swiftness, Expansion, Harmony and Big Bag) and reworked Archive.

How are Lab prices calculated?

Most upgrades grow by a fixed factor per level: level n costs base × growth^(n-1), minus 15% in Season 2, rounded to 5. Training starts at 100 and grows ×1.4, so level 2 costs 120 and level 3 costs 165. A few upgrades (4th move, Vitamin slots, Fourth option, Revive, Support team, Archive, Big Bag) use a fixed price list instead.

What should I buy first in the Lab?

Cheap damage and survival levels such as Training, Stamina and Shell help every run. The beginner guide has a suggested spending order for your first Stardust.
